Access Privileges   top
Plaza: All ticket holders have access to this level upon entry into the AT&T Center. All attendees, regardless of seat location, will enter on this level.
Balcony: All ticket holders have access to this level via the north or south escalators or elevators and/or stairs located in each corner of the arena.
All other areas of the AT&T Center are prohibited to the general public and require appropriate credentials as applicable.

Alcohol Beverage Policy   top
No alcohol (including nonalcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into the AT&T Center. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons aged 21 or older once inside the arena. All alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of AT&T Center management, and all alcohol sales can and will require the buyer to provide legal identification.

Animals   top
Although animals are not allowed in the AT&T Center, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with disabilities. Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at the AT&T Center and must remain on a leash or in a harness. All other animals are prohibited unless specified by management.

Art Display   top
The AT&T Center proudly features a variety of artworks throughout the venue. The art was officially unveiled during the AT&T Center's grand opening.

ATMs   top
Currently, there are four ATM locations within the AT&T Center. They are located on the Plaza Level by sections 110 and 125 and on the Balcony Level by sections 208 and 224.

Automobile Assistance   top
The AT&T Center, although not responsible for damage or theft, will provide security in its parking lots during events. Jump-start assistance is available upon request to any parking attendant or security personnel.

Banners/Signs   top
Hand-held banners and signs are allowed at the AT&T Center (this varies by event); however, they must be constructed of flame-retardant material and may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions (if at a game or sporting event). Banners or signs may not be placed on the court, be commercial in nature or obscene, or cause any disturbance to other fans. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not exceed three feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests or AT&T Center advertising signage, or be temporarily or permanently affixed to the building structure. The AT&T Center reserves the right to remove ANY banner or sign without exception or to change this policy at any time.

Banquet Rooms   top
If you are interested in booking our business centers, meeting rooms, or banquet space for your special event, call 210-444-5901.

Broken Seat   top
While still at the event, please write down the seat location and give this information to an usher or guest services representative at any Guest Service location (Sec. 101 Plaza or Sec. 206 Balcony). To submit this information after an event, please call the AT&T Center during normal business hours at 210-444-5000.

Cameras   top
All policies are event specific, so please call 210-444-5000 to verify prior to coming to the event. No professional camera/video equipment may be brought in for any AT&T Center event including "detachable" lenses, lenses that are longer than 3 inches or flashes. Any patron caught with prohibited equipment will have their film confiscated by an usher immediately and taken to Guest Services at Section 101. Items can be picked up at the end of the event. The AT&T Center is not liable for any damage, loss or theft to any items brought into the AT&T Center.

Children's Entry   top
Children twenty four months and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to the AT&T Center. Children under twenty four months of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent's or guardian's lap. PLEASE NOTE: Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry into the AT&T Center. Please check the event's ticket policies at the time of purchase.

Climate Control   top
The AT&T Center maintains certain temperatures during all events. These temperatures are determined event by event. For more information, please visit our Guest Services locations.

Concessions   top
There are a variety of permanent concession stands in the AT&T Center, with additional "portable" locations for selected events. **Please note that all beverages in plastic bottles will be sold without the tops**. Please reference our map for locations.

Containers   top
No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be brought into the AT&T Center. Items for children such as baby bottles, formula, etc., will be allowed.

Courtesy Wheelchairs   top
If you need assistance getting to or from your seat please visit Guest Services located at Sections 101. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned so that other patrons may receive assistance. Please contact your nearest usher when you would like to leave so that a wheelchair and Guest Services Representative may be located and dispatched.

Designated Driver Program   top
The AT&T Center offers a designated driver (DD) program. As the designated driver, a patron will receive a wristband good for one (1) free soft drink. Please remember that DDs must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license. Please check with Guest Services located by Section 101 for the location of the program as it varies per event.

Services for Patrons With Disabilities   top
The AT&T Center is committed to providing every customer with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It is one of the most accessible arenas in the United States and meets or exceeds all guidelines set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Special seating throughout the venue allows patrons with disabilities the same flexibility on location and price options as any other patron. Hospital-size elevators are available for the mobility-impaired. Assisted-listening devices for the hearing-impaired are available at the Guest Services location on the Plaza Level at the east entrance. TDD phones for patrons with hearing or speech impairments are located on all levels of the AT&T Center at pay phone banks. All telephone banks at the AT&T Center offer phones that are wheelchair-accessible, and all public telephones are equipped with volume controls. All signage in the AT&T Center also provides Braille for individuals with vision impairment.

• Guests will be able to drop-off individuals without having to pay to enter the parking lots. Guests should enter on the east side of the building from AT&T Center Parkway. Simply notify the peace officers or parking staff that you need to drop someone off, and they will direct you to the appropriate location. ADA Guests will be able to be picked up in front of the SE VIP Entrance.

• Facility Features. ADA seating options exist in all general seating categories. Assisted-listening devices are available upon request at the Guest Services Center located on the Plaza Level at the west and east gates. TDD telephones are located throughout the facility. In addition, all restrooms, drinking fountains, smoking areas, telephones, ATMs and concession stands at the AT&T Center are accessible. Unisex bathrooms are also available where visitors can take family members requiring assistance. Elevators are located at each of the four corners of the AT&T Center. Escalators are available at the north and south concourses of the Plaza and Balcony Levels. Patrons with disabilities and their companions are given first priority for service at all elevators. Guest Service Representatives are ready to serve all guests at the Guest Services Centers.

• Customer Service. The AT&T Center staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about access to and within the facility. While attending events at the AT&T Center, please contact a member of our staff or visit Guest Services located on the Plaza Level at the east entrance. More detailed access information is available in the form of a written brochure available at the Guest Services locations or by contacting us at 210-444-5000.

Doors Open   top
For most events, doors open 1 hour prior to start time. This may vary by event. For specific information, please call the AT&T Center at 210-444-5000.

Drop-Off/Pick-Up, Taxis, Limousines   top
All vehicles, not staying for the event, can come and go through Gate A (off Houston Street). Once an event has ended and traffic begins to flow out of the parking lots, Gate A is the only accessible point of entrance onto property. Hint: When picking-up after the event be sure and return before the end of the event. If the event has ended, street closures might affect the return to the arena.

Elevators   top
There are seven elevators located in the AT&T Center in four different locations. They are located as follows: one at the northwest corner (Section 119), two at the southwest corner (Section 109), two at the southeast (Section 105), and two at the northeast corner (Section 123).

Emergencies/Evacuations   top
In the event of an emergency, all AT&T Center personnel have been trained and instructed to assist you in evacuating the premises. Appropriate emergency strobe lights and voice enunciators are located throughout the building, as well as in all public restrooms. Please always remain calm and follow the instructions from AT&T Center staff members.

Emergency Phone Calls   top
The emergency number for the AT&T Center on the night of an event is 210-444-5000. The call is taken by a PBX operator and relayed to our Guest Services staff who then relays the message to you in your seat. Please be sure to leave your section, row, and seat number with any person(s) who may need to reach you at the event in case of emergency. This is the only way our staff will have to locate you. Patrons will be contacted in emergency situations only.

Escalators   top
Two banks of escalators by sections 107 and 123 of the Plaza Level provide access to the Balcony Level for general public use.

FANShop   top
The FANShop is located on the Plaza Level on the south side of the building and features a variety of Spurs, Rampage, Silver Stars, San Antonio Livestock Exposition, and other merchandise. The number to the FANShop is 210-444-5555.

First Aid   top
In the event of an emergency, please notify any AT&T Center representative or uniformed sheriff in your area in order to ensure that appropriate emergency personnel are notified and dispatched. Paramedics and EMT staff First Aid Centers are at the AT&T Center. First Aid is located on the Plaza Level between Sections 119 and 120 on the Balcony Level at Sections 221 and 222.

Food/Beverages   top
Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not allowed to be brought into the AT&T Center. Concession stands located throughout the AT&T Center sell a wide assortment of food and a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Texas state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Guests will be required to show legal identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Getting to the Game   top
For parking and directions to the AT&T Center, please see the Directions tab at the beginning of the Center Information section.

Group Events/Sales   top
If you are bringing a group of 25 or more to an AT&T Center event, you might be eligible for a group discount. Contact our sales department for more information at 210-444-5050.

Guest Conduct   top
The AT&T Center intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, arena management does not intend to allow a pleasant experience to be disrupted or ruined by unruly guests. Therefore, we have established the following rules for guest conduct:
• Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed on the AT&T Center property.
• Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the AT&T Center with no refund.
• Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the AT&T Center.
• Guests interfering with the progress of the event or attempting to enter or throw items within the facility grounds will be ejected from the AT&T Center and possibly arrested.
• Guests trying to sale tickets on the AT&T Center property without permission will be asked to leave.
To enforce these policies, AT&T Center event staff and Bexar County Sheriffs are located throughout the arena. Guests who are not here to enjoy the event or who cannot comply with these rules will not be welcome at the AT&T Center.

Guest Services   top
Our Guest Services staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about the services and amenities within the AT&T Center. You can find our staff at the following locations: Plaza Level by Section 101 and Balcony Level by Section 206. You can reach a Guest Services Representative by phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 210-444-5000. If you contact this department during business hours and reach a recording, please leave a message, as all of our representatives are assisting other patrons. Your phone call will be returned in the order it was received. You can also e-mail your inquiry to us at guestservices@attcenter.com.

HEB FANFiesta   top
The AT&T Center offers an interactive play area for children as well as adults at franchise sporting events as well as other select events. You can shoot three-pointers, take your picture with life-size Spurs players, or even try your luck at the Extreme Hoops Challenge in this fun, family-friendly play area. Selected concessions and merchandise are also available. The FANFiesta area is located on the Balcony Level on the west side.

ID Bracelets   top
A Tag-a-Tot program is available at Guest Services Section 101 where a representative will give your child a wristband to note your section, row, and seat number. Should you and your child become separated, you can be reunited with the assistance of an usher.

Item Check   top
If you need to check any item that is too cumbersome to keep under a seat (ex.: Stroller, wheelchair), you can check the items in at the Guest Services location on the Plaza level at the East entrance. You will receive a tag that will allow you to claim your item upon conclusion of the event.

Lost and Found   top
If you lost an item during an event, please contact the nearest AT&T Center staff member for assistance. You may also turn in any found items at our Guest Services locations. Items will be held for 30 days with unclaimed items donated to charity. On non-event days, please call the AT&T Center Security department at 210-444-5000.

Lost Parents/Found Children   top
Children should be told to contact the nearest AT&T Center staff member should they become lost. Lost children will be taken to Guest Services location on the Plaza Level at the east entrance. Parents looking for a lost child should go to that location as well. To avoid this problem, when you arrive at the AT&T Center, you can also stop by our Guest Services locations to tag your child with a wristband that lists your section, row, and seat location.

Merchandise   top
Event merchandise can be purchased during the event at the various merchandise stands located throughout the AT&T Center. On nonevent days, Spurs, Rampage, Silver Stars, San Antonio Livestock Exposition, and other merchandise can be purchased at our FANShop at the south side of the Plaza Level. The store hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-5pm and the phone number is 210-444-5555.

Outside Vending   top
The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages, or other items on the property without written AT&T Center authorization is strictly prohibited.

Park 'N Ride   top
Guests can catch VIA's Park and Ride service to San Antonio Spurs games at the Randolph Boulevard, Crossroads Mall, and Ellis Alley Park and Ride locations. VIA will mail brochures to customers who call the VIA transit line at 210-362-2020 (TDD 210-362-2019).

Parking   top
The AT&T Center features more than 7,000 parking spaces on its property, including parking for patrons with disabilities located in Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4. Prices for parking vary by event. Some pre-sold parking is available for Spurs games and other events. Please call the AT&T Center at 210-444-5000 for specific event parking prices and information.

Pay Phones   top
Wheelchair-accessible and volume-controlled pay phones and TDD phones are available for your convenience on the Plaza level at the bottom of the escalators by Sections 107 and 123.

Private Events at the AT&T Center   top
You can hold your next corporate or private party at the AT&T Center. The facility can accommodate events from as intimate as 10 to more than 20,000 patrons. The AT&T Center features a variety of available locations that can be rented on non-event days for conferences, meetings, trade shows and private parties. Catering and event planning services are also available. Events can be held almost anywhere in the facility, from the event floor to the spacious Party Suites. Re-Entry   top
During all AT&T Center events, guests are not permitted to leave the facility and return.

Restaurants   top
The AT&T Center has one public and one private restaurant located on different concourse levels. Headlines, located on the Plaza Level at the west entrance, offers general fanfare and is open to the public. The Terrace Restaurant, located on the Terrace Level at the west side, features a variety of cuisine for premium customers. Please see the facility map for locations.

Restrooms   top
There are restrooms located throughout the AT&T Center for your convenience. You can find these on all levels (see map). All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications. The AT&T Center also provides private bathrooms on every level of the building that accommodate patrons with disabilities who are assisted by a companion or family member.

Season Ticket Purchase Information   top
Spurs, Rampage and Silver Stars season tickets are available by calling 210-444-5050. For Rodeo tickets, please call 210-225-5851.

Season Ticket Services   top
Current season ticket holders may call our Season Ticket Services staff Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM at 210-444-5697.

Security/Crowd Management   top
The AT&T Center wants to ensure that patrons have a fun and safe experience at the arena. If you have any concerns or questions, visit your nearest AT&T Center staff member. The AT&T Center staff and Bexar County Sheriffs will provide security for all events, patrons, and performers. Additionally, the AT&T Center has a state-of-the-art, electronic security system that features closed-circuit cameras and monitors, electric door alarms, an access control system, and outdoor lighting. Bexar County Sheriffs and security staff will be on patrol 24 hours a day securing the site as well as the AT&T Center.
• Among the measures that will be in place at the AT&T Center:
• Increased security presence inside and outside the AT&T Center.
• Small handbags and small purses will be allowed in the AT&T Center but will be inspected at all entrance gates. Inspection tables will be set up outside all gates.
• Certain items will not be allowed in the AT&T Center. These items include large bags, coolers, backpacks, and other prohibited items such as bottles, cans, food, and other containers. These items will not be stored within the facility.
• There is a no re-entry (i.e., in-and-out, pass-outs) policy in effect at the AT&T Center.

Smoking Policy   top
The AT&T Center is a smoke-free facility with a limited number of designated smoking areas. Smoking is permitted in the smoking areas at all outdoor terraces and plazas as well as at designated areas at the west and east entrances. Smoking is prohibited in any other area of the AT&T Center. Guests who fail to comply with the AT&T Center's smoking policy will be asked to cease smoking or to move to a designated smoking area. Those continuing to violate the policy will be ejected from the facility. Please dispose of all said items before entering the AT&T Center at the nearest trash bin.

Sponsorship Opportunities   top

Strollers   top
All strollers must be checked at Guest Services at Section 101.

Suites   top
Any parties interested in purchasing a courtside or terrace suite, terrace ledge box, or other premium packages at the AT&T Center should contact us at 210-444-5644.

Tailgating   top
Tailgating is prohibited at the AT&T Center. Overnight parking is also prohibited.

Television Monitors   top
There are 498 television monitors located throughout the AT&T Center.

Ticket Information   top
If you are interested in purchasing tickets to a AT&T Center event, you can do so at the AT&T Center Box Office at the southeast ticket tower of the AT&T Center. You can also purchase tickets by phone for a convenience charge by calling 210-444-5870, 210-223-DUNK, or 800-4-NBATIX, or you can order online by going to www.ticketmaster.com. If you live in the Austin area, you can purchase tickets at any Ticketmaster outlet, including Foley's stores. For ticket orders by phone, call Ticketmaster at 512-494-1800. Some pre-sold parking is available for Spurs games and other events. Please call the AT&T Center at 210-444-5000 for specific event parking prices and information.

Tours of the AT&T Center   top
The AT&T Center offers fun, educational guided walking tours featuring a luxury suite, our HEB FAN Fiesta area and other attractions. Offered on non-event days, all tours are wheelchair-accessible and cost per person varies. For more information, please call the Guest Services Coordinator at 210-444-5000.

Video Recorders   top
Video recorders are prohibited in the AT&T Center unless they are being used to record a family member or friend in a special on-court promotion or event. A camera pass must be obtained at Guest Services at the east entrance by section 101 before any taping can take place. This pass allows you to tape your special event or promotion only, and no taping of any AT&T Center event is permitted. Anyone caught videotaping of an AT&T Center event will have their video recorder confiscated by an usher immediately. The recorder will be taken to Guest Services Center located at the east entrance. The camera can be picked up at the end of the event. The AT&T Center is not liable for any damage to video recorders brought into the AT&T Center.

Wheelchairs (see Courtesy Wheelchairs)   top
If you need assistance getting to or from your seat, please request a wheelchair at Guest Services located on the Plaza Level at the East entrance. A guest services representative will bring a wheelchair to assist you to your seat. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned to Guest Services so that other guests may receive assistance. Please contact your nearest usher when you would like to leave so that a wheelchair and Guest Services Representative may be located and dispatched.
